Who we are

Redeeming Time is a ministry of Discipleship Tech, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, Registered as a Charity in England and Wales (No: 1178838). Our vision is to use technology to help people get to know Jesus better, which is why we offer Redeeming Time free of charge. This ministry is made possible in large part due to the generosity of many donors.

What data we collect

Redeeming Time is so simple that we don't collect any personally identifiable information. You don't sign in to the app so we don't know who you are.

What we do collect is some anonymised data for analytics purposes - how you interact with the app, how many books of the Bible you read, roughly which country in the world you live in, for example. This is to help us understand how the app is used so that we can improve it over time. We collect this using Google Analytics, so that data is necessarily shared with them. They may associate that data with a unique device ID of some kind.

Rights in relation to your information

You may have certain rights under data protection law in relation to the personal information we hold about you. In particular, you may have a right to:

request a copy of personal information we hold about you;
ask that we update the personal information we hold about you, or independently correct such personal information that you think is incorrect or incomplete;
ask that we delete personal information that we hold about you from live systems, or restrict the way in which we use such personal information;
object to our processing of your personal information; and/or
withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information (to the extent such processing is based on consent and consent is the only permissible basis for processing).

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Redeeming Time may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Discipleship Tech's sole discretion. We encourage visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the app after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
